Interstellar Explorers

In the distant future, humanity’s pioneers boldly explore the far reaches of space, seeking out life and discovering strange new worlds and civilizations. Many of these expeditions are diplomatic or scientific, while others are driven by more selfish or nefarious aspirations.

The Federation of Core Planets was established centuries ago to protect Earth and the inner colonies from the threat of alien invasion, but everything changed with the discovery of faster-than-light travel. Humanity spread to the stars, and through a combination of trade and conquest, we rapidly established ourselves as a dominant force on the galactic stage.

You are the crew of a small interstellar starship, on a mission to explore distant worlds and discover alien civilizations—to obtain new technology and lay the groundwork for future alliances.

Interstellar Explorers is a standalone scenario for the Tricube Tales system and is usable as a micro-setting, but it is also a fully self-contained one-page RPG in its own right. You can print it on a single sheet of paper: The first page includes everything you need to play, while an optional second page expands the adventure generator with examples and twists. The PDF uses layers for ease of printing.
